Today we are joined with Margie Adzick from Addison Bay, the founder and female entrepreneur that we all should aspire to be.

Kimmy, I'm so excited to be here.

We're so excited to have you. So I like to give a little backstory and then we'll do a deeper

dive after a few questions, but we know each other through a mutual friend. You are a fellow

lacrosse college player which I wish we could just have all college

athletes on this podcast but it can't be that exclusive but we were introduced

through a mutual friend I want to say a year ago.

And I feel like now we have 25 million mutual friends.

So many.

But we were connected, I guess, a year ago.

And it was right when I had left my job to pursue Freckled Foodie.

And I think you had just started.

I resigned like right around the same time,

six months pregnant, and yeah, we hit it off off at the same time.

Yeah, exactly.

So since then it's been a wonderful friendship and I'm so excited to have you on

to talk about the business that you've built because it's one that I thoroughly enjoy

myself but I love to share with followers. So to start it off I like to ask the

guests some questions to kind of just initiate conversation. So how would you define success?
