the podcast, but he's my self and saying the name of the podcast, but there I just did it.

Before we begin, I have been told by my publisher, I have to start promoting the Holy Hell out of this

cookbook that I got coming out in five weeks. It is called Cooking at Home or how I learned to stop

worrying about recipes and love my microwave. Clearly a funny play on the Kubrick great Dr. Strange Love.

But you've heard some of the bits of how I cook at home now, I'm Chris Yang cooks at home,

and a lot of chefs professionally cook at home. The reality is I joke that it's almost like

learning how to only drive a Formula One or an Ask Hard car because I never learned to cook at home.

And then having to cook at home, it's like driving into a Prius. There's no rules anymore.

So this book is a little bit about finding your intuition and becoming a better cook and how

recipes oftentimes make you a bad cook. So I'm going to start off right now with my own,

this is fact or fiction to in my opinion is fact. What's your saying? What words just came out of

your mouth? This is a my opinion is fact factor fiction. Got it. No fact or fiction. Yes.

What was funny I read a comment there like is Dave having a hard time understanding anything

anymore and it's true. I can't even grasp simple things anymore. My mind is totally preoccupied with

a baby too coming. So I have no idea. I have no idea how so many billions upon billions of humans
