I'm your host Luke Burbank weighing in at 186 pounds. I realized that last week,

I for five days running would say my weight and then would say surprising that it hasn't gone up

considering the complete lack of attention I've given to the working out and also the caring about

what I eat. And I started to sound kind of like a broken record.

So even though that's also the case this Monday as I somehow managed to still be weighing 186,

I'm not going to say that because I feel like people have heard that enough.

Until I have some new news to report, I'm just going to give my weight. I'm not kidding. This is
