I'm Luke Burbank your host as you as you may know already. I'm weighing in at 188 pounds,

188 pounds tonight which is kind of where I'm kind of stuck I guess but that's okay. I'm fine.

I'm a piece with that problem is I told you I've been learning how to cook a little bit and so

I was trying to show off for atty last night but the really the one thing I can cook is this very,

very unhealthy kung-pow chicken kind of thing that's basically all kinds of MSG and oil and

there she's had that pasta dish that used to be the only thing you have noodles and sauce yeah

of course a lot of people probably know me for that entree but the thing is the only other thing

I know how to make is this chicken which is yummy but it's basically like going to a Chinese restaurant

so it's like a pile of white rice a pile of chicken cooked like kind of almost deep fried it's
