Coming up on Sword in Scaled Daily, a Maryland man has been ordered to be held without bail

after allegedly stabbing a woman with syringe, which may have contained semen.

A former youth pastor, already serving time after impregnating a teen girl who lived

with his family, has been charged with trying to solicit the murders of a key witness

that is trial and the judge who sentenced them.

Finally, Alex Ewing, the man accused of the 1984 Denver area hammer killings, was extradited

from Nevada to Colorado to face trial.

WBAL11 reports that 51-year-old Thomas Stemman of church in Maryland was ordered to be

held without bail, pending his trial.

Stemman is charged with first and second degree assault and reckless endangerment in connection

with a February 18 syringe attack on a woman at a grocery store.

On February 18th, Stemman allegedly stabbed Katie Peters in the buttocks with a syringe

as she was returning a cart to the cart return center.

Surveillance camera footage captured the entire interaction.

Stemman pretended to bump into Peters and stabbed her with an object he took out of his

pocket.

Peters told News 11 she felt like she had been burned by a cigarette butt and confronted

Stemman who said, quote, it felt like a beastie, didn't it?
