Coming up on Sword and Scale Daily, a 16-year-old girl from Georgia initially believed to have

been one of the victims of a fatal house fire has been found safe in Kentucky and charged

with murder and arson.

In Idaho, a woman is charged with a premeditated murder of her husband whose body was recovered

from Lake Cordalaine in March 2018.

Finally, in New Jersey, a mother and son are charged with the cold case murders of the

mother's sister and husband which took place in 1994 and 1995.

The Macinty Telegraph reports that 16-year-old Candice Walton initially thought to be one of the

victims of a fatal house fire has been located in Kentucky and charged with felony murder, arson,

and theft by taking.

The blaze happened last Thursday morning at the house Candice Walton shared with her mother,

47-year-old Tosh of Endiver, and her brother, 21-year-old Gerald Walton.

Mymcr.net reports that Gerald Walton had special needs.

Firefighters responded to a neighbor's 911 call at approximately 3.30am and found the house

on Old Zebulin Road completely engulfed in flames. After the fire was put out,

they found the bodies of male and female in the wreckage burned beyond recognition.

According to the county corner, the fire started near a couch and on the other side of the house
