| 0:00.0 | Hello again, beautiful starseeds, and welcome back to another Expand podcast with yours truly Elizabeth April. |
| 0:32.0 | Today, I want to talk all about manifestation, but not necessarily in the way that we have all explored |
| 0:41.8 | manifestation before. This is going to be a very new spin on manifestation. And I had this |
| 0:49.8 | download the other day that the mundane creates our reality. |
| 0:56.0 | And what I mean by that is that every thought, every feeling, every action, every reaction, |

| 2:27.1 | When I was a kid, I was fascinated with the ability to count to a certain number in my mind while holding a conversation with someone |
| 2:37.5 | else. Have you ever thought about the different thoughts that you have in your mind? Like it almost |
