All right.

Well, it's been a lot recently.

I mean, we just went through the super full moon, and I'm not an astrologer, but it

was intense, I think for everyone this past month, but also 2021 in general, has been a year of

absolute overwhelm. I mean, talk about experiencing everything all at once.

It has been crazy. I don't know about you, but I really feel the energy coming to this peak

point of all of the past, all of the old energy, and all of the new energy of the future,

all kind of coming in to coalesce in our present moment. It's been a lot. And I wanted to talk

today about how to navigate the overwhelm because we're all in it. And if you're not

in it, then you might be in it soon enough, or maybe you know someone else who has been in it,

who really just needs these helpful tips. So let's talk about it. First of all, this year is a year of the old

and the new. We are planting seeds this year for our new cycle. No matter what year number this is for you,

no matter what age you are, no matter what cycle you're in,

we are all creating a new collective cycle on this planet. And that being said, it really creates

a lot of extra energy that we are working with when working with this new cycle. So we are being forced to

individually shift before we shift collectively. And along with a lot of the old energy that we have

been working out is honestly a lot of old fear that has been

coming up. Now, I don't know about you, but I've also been experiencing a lot of heaviness,

just in general. And usually when I experience this, I have no idea if I'm experiencing a psychic attack or just old shitty energy that I'm moving

through. It's very difficult to determine, and I'm sure you're exactly where I am to. And that's
