How's it going, everybody? Welcome to the Positive Mindset Podcast. This is your host, Henry, and together we become the best part of our world's day. Well, I've got an excellent episode for everybody. It's based off, I guess, a good quality quote, a little bit of inspiration to finalize a Sunday when you have the great day of reflection, kind of getting ready for the week,

if this is, you know, if Monday is when you start the week. And, you know, just to help us continue

on our growth to reaching that positive mindset, which is, you know, that high vibrational state

where we're able to make decisions that benefit ourselves, also benefit everybody and we're working towards

that greater good and just being in that flow state where we can really just achieve anything

that we'd like to achieve, you know, be anything we'd like to be and leave an impact that we want

to leave. So of course before we get started, we're going to take a deep breath so that way we can

slow down, zero in and really enjoy this time together. And, you know, we're going to make this breath special. So what I want you to do is just imagine that you're surrounded by this healing, vibrational light. You know, this is healing energy. And when we breathe it in, we're going to hold it inside of our lungs, and it's going to be just a high vibrational

light that's in us, and it's going to loosen up anything that's holding us back, any negative thoughts, any negative

actions or emotions or anything like that, and then once we let it out, we're just going to breathe out

all that negativity, leaving in the positivity, and we're going to be in the great space to move forward throughout the day.

So let's go ahead and just take a deep breath in and hold it.
