Kwame Christian is a bestselling author and speaker and the director of the American

Negotiation Institute and a subject matter expert in the field of all things negotiation

and conflict resolution. He is the host of all things negotiation and conflict resolution.

He is the host of the world's most popular negotiation podcast, negotiate anything,

and he is also a TEDx speaker doing finding confidence in conflict,

which was the most popular TEDx talk on the topic of conflict in 2017.

In addition to his role at A&I, he is working as counsel at Carlisle, Patchen, and Murphy.

And he also serves as a professor for Otterbine University's MBA program, as well as the Ohio State
