Do you find yourself lashing out more frequently these days? The pandemic has stretched on for more than a year likely leaving you feeling vulnerable and impatient for it to end. You may find yourself dealing with unresolved emotions that produce anger. In this week's series, you'll begin taking steps to tame your temper.
