0:05.4	as he was making fake returns to our store just to cash out as much money as he possibly could.
0:10.7	But thankfully, I helped turn the tables by clearing my co-worker's name,

0:20.4	Way back in the year
0:21.1	2000, I was this adorable, naive 19-year-old working retail at a picture framing place. The management
0:27.5	of our little shop consisted of our manager Jenny, the assistant manager Nick, and me the
0:32.3	third key. And for those who don't know, a third key is literally that, a third person with the
0:37.1	keys. I had the
0:38.0	ability to open and close the store and act as manager on duty, but if Jenny or Nick was there,
0:43.0	then I was just a regular employee. And also for reference, names have been changed to protect
0:47.2	the not-so-innocent. Jenny was an amazing manager. She was middle-aged, but really cool. She had
0:52.3	had a lot of fun at the 70s and wasn't shy about telling us her hilarious stories.
0:56.9	She was also kind of like the shop mom.
0:59.2	She made cookies and was always very in tune with people's emotions.
1:02.9	She always knew the right thing to say to make me feel better, and she was a fountain of real world wisdom.
1:08.0	Everybody loved her.
1:09.2	She was also an artist, and her work was starting to pick up
1:11.9	steam. That, combined with the onset of some health issues, made her decide that retail work
