challenge is called a thought chaser and what a thought chaser is a chance

to train yourself to interrupt negative thought patterns. You actually chase down your thoughts and you see what's really behind those thoughts because

negative thinking is just a habit. You can reverse that habit. You can tame those thoughts.

So how I recommend you do your thought chaser is when you notice you're having a negative thought it may

be spiraling around in your mind all morning or this could be a thought that has been with

you for as long as you can remember.

The first step is to become aware of this thought because it's all too common not to even realize

you are having a negative thought.

You may just be moody or you have this nagging sense of anxiety,

even though things are going pretty well for you.

Chances are there are some negative thoughts swirling around your mind.

And that means you are just like everyone else.
