We need human connection more than ever these days. Begin to trust others and to form connections as you request help. Allow others the grace to help you.

The theme is Managing Conflict and in today's meditation, you're going to be guided in

You are invited to do something that you might be familiar doing if you're a regular

listener and that is placing your hands in a simple mudra.

Mudras are ways that you stimulate or activate your fingertips or hands in a particular

way and this stimulates a corresponding region of your brain.

This has been around for over 5,000 years and you can do mudras whether you are seated,

meditating or throughout your day.

I enjoy mudras and I know many of you tell me they are your favorite meditation technique.

You can do them if you are experiencing stress as a way to help you feel a little more
