In today's episode, I have a special treat for you. I came across a wonderful psychologist who happens to live in the same city I live in Tampa, Florida, and she is specializing in something that's pretty

And that is how to manage your mental wellness,

including stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental conditions, and she helps in particular people

well, there's so much more I want to do so I wouldn't really consider myself a high achiever.

Well, I just bet that if you are here listening, getting ready to meditate, that you are a high achiever. You do have certain expectations for

yourself and when you are in your times of greatest need you reach out you are willing to explore many different out of the

ordinary ways to live a happy and healthy life.

And so I just bet that you do expect a lot out of yourself,

and this can put pressure on yourself. And so Dr. Lindsey O'Brennan is the psychologist I've interviewed.

simple ways that you can identify depression stress and anxiety, what you can do about it and also if
