Summary
"Your brain has far more neural circuitry allocated for wanting rewards than for liking them."
~ James Clear, "Atomic Habits"
One of the single most detrimental habits is multi-tasking. Research shows that it actually harms your mind, relationships, productivity, and your life in general. This week, you'll be guided as you single-task, focusing on that *One Thing*. Get ready to amp your productivity! We'll be following along with the book, "Atomic Habits," by James Clear.
This is day 5 of a 7-day meditation series, Single-Tasking For Peace + Clarity, episodes 2369-2375.
