My guest this week is Rachel Balducci, my longtime friend and colleague (and co-host on CatholicTV’s The Gist!). Rachel is author of How to Tuck in a Superhero, Make My Life Simple, and Overcommitted. She and I chat about the intentional Christian community that she and her family are part of, but also everyday ways all moms can foster community and make meaningful personal connections in everyday life. We discuss some of the challenges of social media as well as some of the distractions that can get in the way of friendships among women, especially inside of the Church. I don't know if you can hear it, but there's construction going on at my house right now. And I'm doing my best to record this hidden away upstairs in my room. We've got a lot going on. 1:45.2	We've got new tiles, new counters, new cabinets, new backswash, all of that, which was an epic
1:51.0	event this fall season. But next up is we're refinishing our wood floors, which is the entire
1:58.5	downstairs of our house. So major project going on.
2:02.8	They are moving furniture right now in preparation for this.
2:05.6	We're going to be moving out of our house in the next few days.
