Welcome to the Before Breakfast Podcast.

Today's tip is to make over your mornings. What we do before

breakfast has a profound effect on the rest of our day. So being intentional about

this time can put us in the right frame of mind to be

effective with all the rest of our hours. I love writing about elaborate

morning routines. I may be responsible for some of those ethereal tales of pre-dawn

meditation and hikes and novel writing you have probably read. So you may be

interested to know that I have never had an elaborate self actualizing morning routine.

I do have a morning routine right now in the sense that I feed my 12 month old first thing when I wake up every morning.
