But what it is filled with is largely up to you.

I have been tracking my time on weekly spreadsheets

for over five years now. The spreadsheets have

half hour blocks running down the left-hand side from 5 a.m. to 4.30 a.m.

with the days of the week Monday to Sunday along the top.

Every Monday for more than five years now I have finished the previous

spreadsheet and opened a new one. When I do, I notice something interesting.

The new spreadsheet is blank.

The next week is completely blank.
