aren't in first marriages. So we just want to shed some gospel truth on that. And today we want to

talk specifically about how important it is to make time for your spouse if you're entering in

your second marriage or if you're in your second marriage. So Dr. Kim, a lot of couples, you know,

when it comes to their second marriage, they're low on time. They have more time constraints. They have more responsibilities than they did when they first got married, the first marriage. Many times they have kids already. They're further along in their careers, all of which decrease them out of free time that you have. And because of this, many second married couples neglect to

spend time together and to make each other a priority. Do you see this being a consistent issue

amongst couples that you counsel and just people that you see when it comes to their second

marriages? No, I think it's a pretty consistent problem. I think, and you mentioned the time,

it's also energy because, you know, you're doing probably a lot more than you probably were, or at least you were doing things together more when there's just the two of you in a first marriage. So yeah, I think it is. So many couples hit the ground running. I mean, you've got, if you've got kids, so you've got your blended family to start with and maybe you've done pretty well with handling things with your child or your children now of a sudden you've got somebody else's kids there too and it's like

you're trying to figure all this out you don't have time you know to um to do anything you think it's like

okay oh my gosh we've got five kids or four kids or three kids or maybe even two

and you just had one and maybe they're in one or two activities and all of a sudden you find

yourself, you thought you were running before and now you're really running and then it gets home

and it's homework and it's bedtime and it's getting nearby fed and now there's more baths than
