I would qualify that like with chicken breast recipes that you're going to benefit from this cooling and reheating is something like a butter chicken, like a curry, where there's fat already in the sauce, since it's not as much in the the meat versus like chicken noodle soup if you're going

all breasts and there's not a lot of fat to carry that broth into the breast you're not
