noise, like, you know, like the noise, the things that clamor for most of our attention,

that email, that Slack response, that client call, that preschool PTA meeting deadline.

This urgent noise drumps in front of your mind and you begin to only focus on the noise

instead of focusing on your North Star.

What is most important?

What are the things that the business needs overall?

Not just what is the business need right now.
