Lately I've been into some medicinal mushroom foraging. So out here in

Portland there's some lions mane that we've talked to us several different

people on the show. Talked about the benefits of Lions Main in the cognitive sense

meaning that you take it and you get smarter not necessarily smarter but it

improves your brain helps what they call neurogenesis of the creating of new neurons.

At least they've proven that in a lab setting with mice.

But a lot of people report really positive things.

I'm experimenting with that stuff and a few other

different mushroom compounds that are completely legal, not the illegal stuff, all on my Instagram

I've got a bunch of great courses working on some new courses but not in the

sense of we're trying to compete with head space or calm

really what we're trying to do is just train you to be able to sit and meditate on your

own you shouldn't have to use a course my belief is that obviously monks don't use meditation apps or

courses they get training and then they sit and you should enjoy your practice and

just build a sit and we have an unguided timer for that. We also have some great breathing exercises.
