| 0:55.8 | And part of what's helped the black community and help us as a community grow and heal and survive the worst things that could possibly happen is by focusing on what is good in the moment. And so today I want to bring to you five kind of |
| 1:16.0 | gratitude practices and five ways to start having gratitude in your life, small, small ways to |
| 1:22.5 | start and build so that we really are getting into a habit of being grateful. |
| 1:33.7 | The other thing about gratitude is that when you are grateful, it also helps you to align with what your purpose is, with what your vision for your life can be. |
| 1:39.1 | And when you are grateful, you become really clear on what doesn't suit you, what doesn't serve you, |
| 1:47.4 | what is incongruent in your life to your goals or your dreams or whatever you think for |

| 1:53.8 | And so with these five suggestions, my ask of you is to try to put at least one of them into |

| 2:02.9 | of a practice that you can start and complete and see if gratitude doesn't improve your life and reduce your burnout. |
