Summary

Today I want to talk to you about identifying distractions that are associated with racism. In reality, racism is a distraction. It keeps you in a disruptive cycle of proving and explaining yourself, repeatedly. However, as Toni Morrison says, “there will always be one more thing”. I am going to cover 3 strategies that will help you to end the toxic cycle of racial distractions in your life. If you feel as though your visions and goals are out of reach due to the false thoughts implemented by racism, this episode is for you. Once you realize that you absolutely can end the cycle of uncertainty, dismissal, and being ignored, your life will change in a positive way. So, my question for you today is, how is racism distracting you? Let’s talk about it.
