Ron, you're looking very bright today, like you've caught the sun or something.

Bright lights, bright lights, yes. Well, welcome to show business.

So we've got lots to talk about today. Donald Trump appears to be becoming more unhinged as his poll rating

falls as the days tick down. Where are we now? 44 days before the election. We've got early

voting that are started, which means, well, that's his excuse for not wanting to do another debate.

And meanwhile, the rhetoric, you know, the Trump rhetoric is ramping up, the anger, the negativity towards immigrants.

They're coming from Asia.

They're coming from Africa.

I mean, it's like, I can't really handle it.

The good news, though, is that Jack Smith, the special counsel, has presented a dossier, to coin a phrase, of what, 180 pages worth of evidence around Donald

Trump's election subversion? Tell us about this to start with, Ron. Just when we think, you know,

the court system wasn't going to help us out at all, uh, here we go. So when the Supreme, if you

remember, when the Supreme court issued their immunity decision, a lot of people were very upset.

And I talked about the silver lining in the cloud, in the dark cloud of that decision, which was a terrible decision.

But the silver lining, what I said was, well, this is going to require Jack Smith to make filings,

pretrial filings now on key pieces of evidence that he has against Trump that have never been

released to the public because he's going to have to get rulings from Judge Chutkan on

whether immunity applies because the Supreme Court said

that she had to rule on each individual piece of evidence to see whether it fits into one of

their three categories of immunity under their test.
