lots to get through. Of course, we're going to respond to the debate last night, that vice

presidential debate between Tim Walz and J.D. Vance. We have a lot to say about that. But first,

Ron, we have a little breaking news, don't we? Maybe we should start with that. This is a big deal.

This is Judge Tanya Chuckin, has unsealed Jack Smith's 165 page redacted motion regarding presidential

immunity. And you've been going through it the last 10 minutes that you've had it. How much

have you managed to glean in that time?

Well, I speed read through the most important part, the first 75 pages or so, which is the statement of facts and evidence laid out where he includes all the footnotes to say where each

piece of evidence came from. And it's, I would say there's not, the guts of it, we already knew, but there's a lot more detail.

That's plugged in that we did not know in terms of laying out the case step by step.

What he does is he starts out, he starts out talking about how Trump knew afterwards

that he did not win the race and establishing all the different people who told him that

from campaign people, how he devised the scheme that he was going to challenge the election

and try to overturn it regardless of what everyone was telling him the evidence was, how he directed

his people to find things, how he was very much involved in orchestrating the fake

elector scheme and putting that together.

And he was heavily involved in that, putting together the team of rogue lawyers from all

different places outside of the campaign, outside of the White House, to establish that this

was not a government operation.

This was a Donald Trump operation to work around the immunity framework that

was set out by the Supreme Court. He then went through the fact that Trump was made aware that
