Hello friends today we're actually in Philly thanks to my brother-in-law so

mad about food welcome. Thanks for having me. You're so welcome I've actually

never done this where I'm like facing the person.

It's like we're on like a little dinner date. Usually we're like kind of at like a

corner of a table on the side table, but we're like deadlocked on eye contact

right now. Well I'm reading a book rightlocked on eye contact right now.

Well, I'm reading a book right now about eye contact, well it's not about eye contact,

but there's a whole part about eye contact in it and it is really uncomfortable to like stir someone

into the eyes.

So I'm just going to do that the whole time.

No, I totally agree.

I actually notice, like lately, maybe

it's because I don't work in an office anymore

and I just feel more comfortable around people sometimes that I lose eye contact in conversation

I'm like why did I do that and so I've been making a conscious effort as well.

I think it's a generational thing where my grandparents just tell me it is.
