I'm Rebecca Lyons and I'm Gabe and today is launch day for the new book. It's

been so fun. Here the book baby has been pushed into the world I I'm so excited. It's been so fun just

watching Post just the last week or so leading into today. So many people are

taking the online quiz, discovering their healthiest rhythm.

It's been fun.

It's fun when you launch something like this and you realize there's just an entire conversation

starting to erupt, you know, around something that you've been thinking, you know,

it's been in your head for a long time you've been living it out

but now people are actually responding right seeing how useful this can be right

it's just been really fun I'm really proud of you. I just want to say

Thank you. Super proud of you. It's been fun to see this whole process

unfold because to us and to you this isn't just a book. This is actually a whole lifestyle. It's a way that we want more

and more people to live into. Right. We started it years ago and then really honed it in

the last couple years and you catalyzed this book. I don't know if you remember.

I want to give credit where it's due.

I thought I was going to write on a different topic

and you're like, this is what you're living,

this is what you're walking, you need to get this down.

And so you had vision for it that's my husband he's a
