I've been an iPhone user since the 3G came out

and I've always experienced some kind of

hiccups when ordering an upgrade using AT&T. This year, absolutely smooth, not one

issue, not one server error, just done and done and 15 minutes early. You could even say that it was boring and that's a good thing.

Maybe they're finally getting this whole iPhone upgrade ordering thing figured out.
