Jurors have been taken with 35 of those, those 49, that will be asked to come back tomorrow.

So they are whittling down jury selection slowly but surely getting ready for opening

statements potentially as soon as tomorrow.

And what's up everybody?

This is Survivor, the show that brings you the very best guests in all of true crime.

A tedious process, but a necessary one, and that is picking the jury in the trial of Donna Sue Adelson

versus the state of Florida today, day two of jury selection.

And again, they are quickly whittling down a lot of numbers much faster, I think, than most had anticipated.

And a lot of prospective jurors being asked to come back, which tells you one thing, that of the 200,000 people living here in Tallahassee, a lot of people, just by these numbers here, basically more than half this population, at least right now,

through this impromptu sort of poll of respective jurors, at least more than half the

population has never even really heard of the Aidelsons and or Dan Markell.

And that is not really a surprise, considering we found this the last time around.

Of course, true crime, Dave O'Day's, people who follow the story are heavily immersed in it. But people here who are walking past me on the sidewalk and just checking out the Capitol in downtown Tallahassee, well, they're not glued to true crime in the same way.

So it is not going to be an issue here, picking a jury, and there's certainly

almost more than likely will not be any chance of change of venue. So let's get right to it.

Today was my first face-to-face encounter with Donna Adelson and a couple observations.

She's bigger, taller, and carries much more of a stature, I guess, than I had anticipated.

So I was sitting on the defense side of the gallery and didn't even realize what was going

on when I first walked in.

But when I turned to sit in my chair, I was facing her squarely, probably just seven, eight feet away. They have the first two seats reserved in response to the government.
