About 214 prospective jurors have been looked at by Judge Stephen Everett as well as the government and the defense in the case of Donna Sue

Edelson versus the state of Florida. And it appears that many of these jurors have never even

heard about this case to begin with. And it appears that we are on target for opening statements

per Judge Stephen Everett ever who said in open court

today and yesterday for opening statements to begin Thursday afternoon that would be tomorrow

afternoon we are ever so close and uh with literally less than 24 hours away, we are expecting these opening statements to begin

in this case.
