Dinkinash what is Lucy Bob let's see is a asteroid probe that is going to

the Trojan asteroids in two different Lagrange 0.60

in front and behind Jupiter in Jupiter's orbit.

It's going to visit about a 10 satellite, I'm not sorry, 8 satellites out there.

But on the way, they decided to have a fly-passedinkiness, which is a main belt asteroid,

which is much closer to the sun between Mars and Jupiter, and and for I passed it mostly to test Lucy's engineering to see if it could point and take pictures and operate properly during a fly-by. This is a great way to preliminary test and it

worked. It flew past decomition on November 1st. Everything worked as plans.

Remember it's working autonomously with too far away for us to tell the plans. Remember, it's working autonomously.

It's too far away for us to tell it what to do.

It has to decide to point and take pictures and do everything.

And they could not send any to data until after the fly-by.

And some of the data's already come back, and the most important. not Great. The main thing is not an asteroid.

It's a binary asteroid.

It has a second small asteroid that orbits around it.

I got a picture on behind the black showing both objects.

So, you know, more data is going to come down.

What I found interesting about these pictures

is these asteroids themselves.

They appear to be somewhere in between a rubber pile asteroid like Benu and the more solid rock

asteroid like arrows which look like just a rock.
