which was highly unusual. And I had never met a bridge lender on commercial before that said

that they could give you a term sheet in funding in a week. And I'm talking like properly

commercial deals, you know, three, $10 million loans. So I mean, what powers that was like a lot of AI solutions and he has a great setup with a lot of institutional buyers for these loans.
