I think one of the biggest battlefields we face as couples is loving our spouse with our thoughts and like in our mind. I totally agree. Because I can villainize you so quickly in my head. Oh, how quickly? How quickly are we talking here? Don't try to figure it out. It's already happened. It's already happened. Wow. Yeah, I mean, the thought life of a married person, right, is what we're talking about.

And what we mean by that is exactly what you said, how we can kind of vilify each other.

Villanized.

Maybe that wasn't a word.

Yeah.

Vilify is what I meant.

We'll go with it.

And how we can, we assume so much about how the other person is and will be and what they'll say, how they'll react.

And that, if we let that kind of inform our internal monologue and dialogue that happens between me and pretend Selena.

Yeah, if it goes unchecked or it's not intentional, we're just going to like blow up at each other, right?

And then there's a whole other like underbelly of, you know, purity in terms of our mind, which we'll touch on.

But more of this conversation is driven on how we can intentionally love our spouses with our thoughts and how we can control those or or submit those, I guess, would be a better word to the Lord.

So, yeah, I'm excited to have that conversation.
