How many times have we been in a conversation and it just continues to escalate? And it gets, it's like, as soon as I'm like, I've got to de-escalate this thing. You think that? I do. Oh, I don't think that. And I'm like, if I just say it this way, but I'm already escalating in my own mind. It's three days ago, people, three days ago. And Selena is just off to the races every time. doesn't even try to deescalate it.

Just running me through, raking me over the colds. I just don't think I should de-escalate. Those are not the thoughts that go through my head. I'm like, how can I just not be mad right now? Or how can I make it everything okay? So maybe that's, I just don't use those exact

phrase. How could I win this fight? What is it going to take for me to win this argument

right now at any cost? I will win. Yeah, right. Anyway, we're going to talk about 10 ways

to help de-escalate conflict. And namely, I think, to help de-escalate really, I think, hard and loud arguments,
