And what I would say is that many people start meditating at many different levels of awareness in their life.

So we all begin this journey at our own pace.

You might know people who don't necessarily want to sit down and meditate,

yet they want to learn more about self-awareness and self-care and the rich philosophy of meditation and

yoga and so that's why I share insight with you at the beginning of every episode.

So I like to meet you right where you are and then many of you listen specifically just for the insight and then eventually after time you might make your way down to the ground or in a chair on the end of your bed and then you'll meditate and sit in stillness and that is perfect
