Hope your week is starting off well.

Oh, man, strange times, strange times, but we're getting through it.

I was happy when I saw, I think it was last week at the beginning of the week.

I can't remember when I saw the FDA full support for, at least it was the Pfizer vaccine.

I haven't really been tracking it as much because for me it's the same. Get vaccinated saves lives.

You know what I mean? End of story. So watching all the battles at the school districts,

really disheartening. Children are, you know, getting affected and impacted by their parents' politics.

Man, we got a lot of work to do around that. Also, this was interesting. So the New York Times,

I flagged this to remind myself to come back and talk about. The New York Times posted an article,

and the headline was, ready for this this hurts my heart my roommates have been listening

to my therapy sessions is that okay oh so many things wrong with that where what happened to just

boundaries what happened to kindness you know what I mean um no that's not okay that's a complete

violation of someone's privacy just like going through someone's phone or going through someone's things okay. That's a complete violation of someone's privacy, just like going through someone's phone

or going through someone's things.

It's a form of emotional abuse.

It's an act of violence emotionally.

You know, we tend to only think about abuse or violence in terms of the physicality,

but at times, and a lot of people can actually relate to this,

what's more painful is emotional violence. And that's based on experiential, relational betrayals,

right? And those run deep. And those have been very normalized in our culture, where these days,
