Good evening, everybody. How y'all doing? Oh, man, we're winding down the week.

How's the week been? It's been good, been rough, been tough. For me, it's been a little bit of a mixed bag.

It's really hard with all that's going on in the world to just kind of block that out and maybe be present with, you know, our experience locally, localizing it.

that means in your state and your country and your family and just only, you know, internally for

yourself. We are part of so many different relationships, right? We have a relationship with

our self and we have that experience. And then we have our relationship to friends and family

members. And then we have our relationship to what's going on maybe in our home state or hometown. And that's coming up for people that are looking at the school districts and the rules they're putting about vaccinations and masks. And then we're considering what's going on in our country with flooding and things like that. And then we're rolling out just to our relationship to humanity and and human rights

and what's going on in Afghanistan and Haiti and all these other pieces. So we're going to feel

all of those things. We're connected to all of those things. It's important to realize that.

That what's going on in the world impacts you what's going on in your country, your state impacts you,

what's going on in your friends and family members' lives impacts you. And then what's going on in your friends and family members lives impacts you. And then what's going on in your own direct life and then your own relationship with yourself.

It's almost like those stacking dolls where there's that big doll and you open it and there's another one inside.
