Good evening, everybody. How are you all doing? Got a great show plan for you.

0:04.4

Ah, I hope you getting through the week. Well, we got your back later on the show. We're going to be

0:07.4

talking about signs that your spouse might want to divorce. Again, for those that might be single

0:11.9

or in a relationship that is feeling divorce proof, still lots to learn. Because again, as always,

0:18.2

talking about general mental health tips and tricks and just ways keep the relationships in balance. Lots of divorces happening. Culturally, though,

0:26.4

that's been something that's kind of been on the rise. Depending on what stat you look at,

0:30.9

it falls anywhere between, ready, put on your seatbelts and helmets to hear this one,

0:34.8

anywhere between, well, about half or more, 50 or 60% of

1:05.8

1:14.6

they think that somehow that's better and it's not better for you. And we forget that it's

1:19.6

really bad for those around us and our children. We're teaching them really bad lessons of what

1:23.9

love looks like and what relationships are like and mental health. That's not a great lesson. And kids need healthy, available caregivers, not, you know, violent or toxic relationships.

1:34.7

It does impact them. You are showing up differently to them if you're walking around that

1:39.1

going on in your psyche and in your nervous system and your body. So we'll be talking about that

1:42.5

late in the show, but I really wanted to open up. I haven't talked about COVID in a very long time.
