Well, I hope your week is going well. You know, as always, I like to remind people at the beginning of the show and at the end of the show, you know, remember, don't, a bad morning doesn't have to be a bad day, right?

A bad day doesn't have to be a bad week.

So honor where you're at, maybe it's necessary to sit longer and whatever you're feeling or struggling with or going through.

But also hold space for the idea that sometimes it's meaningful and possible to kind of let go a little bit.

Sometimes we kind of dig our heels in or forget that

it's not something that needs any more time or attention to. I find myself doing that as well.

I past couple days, you know, a few personal things have happened and I caught myself saying like,

oh man, here we go. And I thought, no, wait a minute. Yes, that just happened. And yes, you can feel

deciding and determining and maybe even creating, let me just actually hold space in a neutral way

and just kind of go with the flow. I was watching, gosh, what show was it? Oh, yeah, Mayor of East Town. And, you know,

doing the kind of work I do. Sometimes people love watching shows with me or dissecting them,

and other times they don't, because I tend to focus on things that were not the intended focal point

there was this one scene where a secondary investigative team,

essentially, I think through the tobacco and firearms, tobacco and firearms, arm of the, you know,

carceral system came in. And they were saying, like, listen, you know, traditionally investigators

will develop a theory and they'll kind of go after that theory as to who they think the suspect
