Weather's coming. Some people are happy. It's getting hot. I miss the cold. I miss the rain.

Got the AC pumping. So anyway, if you're all, if you're sun babies and you love all that,

hope you're out there getting the sun, please make sure you're wearing sunscreen.

It doesn't matter the color of your skin. We all need to be wearing sunscreen. Um, yeah, wear a hat, a little bit of sunscreen.

Stay hydrated. Do your thing, y'all. Got a great show plan for you. We're going to be talking

about, uh, parenting. And again, this is one of those topics that really relates to all of us.

So I want because it's really a topic on neurohealth, right?

Psychological health, how in early environments with our kids, we can set them up.

But also, these are things we should be doing later in life as well throughout our life,

but also later in life to maintain brain health.

It's interesting how what we need in the beginning is what we need in its total duration of our life,

but especially also on the back end.
