Good evening, everybody. How are y'all doing? Hope you're starting the week off feeling good.

Hope you got some rest over the weekend. That's what I'm trying to remind everyone to do.

I have to keep putting it on my socials, my social media remind everybody. But, you know, we really

want to use those weekends to the best that we can, make them really, really rooted in rest and

healing and restoration.

It's hard, you know.

I was talking to some clients about this, about this topic this week, where we were talking about

when we say those words, right, like rest, relaxation, restoration, are we actually doing

that?

And we were talking about how the bar is quite high

for the amount of stimulation we are familiar with, right? And I mean that with the social media

piece where no matter what we're doing in the world and I went to see some art again over the

weekend. I've shared with you all.

I love going to galleries and museums,

seeing local art and also some,

you know,

wider known artists.

I'll get back to that.

But what's fascinating is you would think,

right,

here we are in Los Angeles at an amazing museum

with phenomenal exhibits uh phenomenal space
