We're taking care of ourselves, right?

We are focusing on self-care every single day, every single day.

You need to know ahead of time or during the day checking in on yourself.

What have I done today?

That self-care, what have I done today that's rooted in just joy and pleasure, you know, taking a moment to myself, cutting out early,

turning my phone off, eating that snack, going and reading a little bit of that book I've wanted

to check out, you know, maybe going to bed early, whatever it is. And just finding little moments

of rest throughout the day. We're getting through this together. We've got a great show plan for you.

We're going to be diving into how to come out at any age to those around you. Yes, why?

Because the stats are showing us more and more people are coming out as bi, queer, trans, non-binary.

It's quite phenomenal. The numbers are raising and raising and raising because it's safer.

There's more resources. And because of the explosion of identity labels,

more people are identifying as their true selves, where before we were so limited, we had such

few options, right? Man, woman, gay, straight. People were like, all right, well, I guess I have to

find my place within these two options. Now we have a multitude options. And so that complexity is helping

more people identify. Having a lot of conversations with people in my office and even in my personal

life about this and they're saying, you know, had they maybe heard some of these concepts at an

earlier age, this might have been something they've stepped into. Some people later in life still do.
