So we're going to be talking about ways to be an ally to the disability community.

Well, because it's a human rights issue, social justice issues.

And all those are mental health issues because oppression and violence, all of that does not allow us to have mental health.

We can't have mental health while in the midst of systems, right, and institutions that

And culturally, we don't know how to really integrate people with different needs,

I want to focus more moving forward on talking more about neurodiversity, which is this beautiful

area of the field that helps us understand that there's no right way to think.

There's no right kind of brain to have that all of our brains are different and diverse,

and that leads to beauty and creativity.

But let's talk about ways to be an ally to the disability community.
