| 0:00.0 | Good evening, everybody. How y'all doing? We are back. It's another night, right? We got through |
| 0:06.6 | another day. Strange times, I'm over here on the West Coast, and, you know, it's so interesting |
| 0:13.8 | to see the distinctions between how people respond to seasons. A lot of people live on the West |
| 0:20.1 | Coast because they are absolutely in love with the |
| 0:23.5 | sun and the heat. I'm not. And those that are, you know, loyal followers of my work are familiar |
| 0:28.5 | with that. I've posted about it on my social media. Always trying to bring visibility to the lesser |
| 0:33.4 | known forms of mental health and mental distress, but also kind of challenging some of the |
| 0:39.2 | overriding norms and showing these, you know, more peripheral pieces. And one of them is |

| 1:13.9 | found ways to kind of accommodate that. I mean, it's no surprise that I work in an industry where I do |
| 1:18.7 | therapy. So I'm often working with only two individuals, a couple or individuals themselves in deep, |
| 1:24.9 | intimate private spaces, right? I really like that depth. |
| 1:28.6 | So as the warmer weather and the sun emerges and everyone's like excited and going outside, |
| 1:33.4 | I start to hibernate and retreat, which is a really powerful thing. You know, when we're spending |
| 1:38.5 | a lot of times out a lot of time out in the world or with individuals, very important stuff, |
| 1:43.0 | but we lose that time with |
| 1:44.6 | self. Solitude is very important. And really check in on that with yourself. Do you fear solitude? |
| 1:49.2 | Do you avoid solitude? And maybe look at what you could be missing from spending some time |
