Or maybe some things have shifted unemployment, under employment, or, hey, burnout and unhappy employment.

Because remember, what you're doing with your time matters.

And our mental health is deeply tied to how we feel about the work we're doing.

Most people that are employed spend sometimes more time with colleagues,

not work than they do at home with their family or friends.

We're working on shifting that.

Remember, our lives should be rooted in joy and pleasure and relationship and experience,

not work.

We work so we can

participate in the world, right? We live in a capitalist culture. We have to pay for health care

and bills and basic needs. Don't have that covered yet. We're working on that. Probably not ever

going to see that in our lifetime. But I still want people to understand that. Remember,
