You know what I mean? And it's hard. A lot of us are working busy jobs, busy lives, juggling

multiple things at one time. So it's about doing it the best we can. And it's awesome. Often it's

these small tweaks.

But people pleasing. You know, some of this is definitely gendered. I believe that people that are

female, female presenting, female identified, are trained to think as though they are there for

the patriarchy, right? Centering other people's needs.

Women aren't always socialized to believe they can set boundaries.

We're getting better.

And I don't want to make it completely about gender,

but I always want to be intersectional and hold space for this fact.

That's also racialized at times.
