Got a great show plan for you. You're going to be talking about couples conflict, how to add mindfulness to

relationships and sex. It's going to be good stuff. So much to talk about. I wanted to talk about a few

things that are going on in the news that are specifically mental health related.

Elliot Page, he's out there showing off his body.

Great.

We're happy for Elliot's journey, but I just wanted to give a mental health perspective.

Just be very thoughtful.

We're working on not commenting on people's bodies.

Demi Levato was talking about this last week.

Like, you never know what someone's trying to do or go through.

Maybe they lost weight due to an illness.

Maybe they're trying to gain weight and saying you look like you lost weight is triggering

that.

We want to be very thoughtful.

It's a very loaded topic because of the way our culture looks at bodies and fitness.

And so I want to be very thoughtful.

But remember, the beauty or success of

Elliot Page is that he's living as truth, right? And that he's working in the industry as

himself. It's not about the fact that he has abs. There was a picture he posted shirtless. And a lot

of people are zeroing in on the fact that he has abs. And it's like, that has nothing to do with

absolutely anything, anything at all. And we want want to be we want to reel in discussing things like that um
