like well who's selling themselves out who is abandoning their their truth and their authenticity

um arguing's good conflict is good i expected it happens that means there are two or more defined

people it's how we go about doing it that matters, not whether or not it occurs,

but how we do it and tacked on to that is and what we do afterwards.

How good are we at still caring, still staying attached and repairing?

So again, we're not looking for the absence of conflict or arguing.

We're looking at doing it better.

And we do not have it down well as evidenced by tons of things we're seeing in the news about how people

handle frustration and disappointment, et cetera, et cetera. And that's one of the most important

tools, excuse me. And remember, we learn that in our early environment, but then we also have

that healed or change based on

what's going on our adolescence and then our adulthood. All these different things are moments and

times and places where we can get better and improve or, you know, reinforce the same problematic

things. Unfortunately, you know, your parents didn't necessarily know it. And then you go into school

and we're not teaching it. And your friends don't know any better. And our culture really normalizes a lot of horrible, horrible, horrible things.

So there's a lot of work for us to do.
